Project Details:  Lanes is used to save your sweet memories of video, audio, image, measure and expense.

1.       Each type can be called by led. List of led can be grouped into one common name called lane name. 

2.        Lane can be shared from one user to another user but that user must be registered with this app. and also share particular led to different user.

Project Details: DEFY fitness is a fitness App. This application can be categories into two 
1. Trainer App
2. Client App

In Trainer App, Trainer can assign a workout to client based upon the client needs. we can also copy a workout from one client to another Clients.

In Client App , A Client has registered with this app and add the goal , their  profile and current body Measurement. Based upon the Information, The trainer assign workout.
After prescribed to client, the client can view the workout on the calendar. By using this , client need to work out that exercise and provide feedback to trainer.

 Trainer App Contain 4 module

1.       Client module ( client Listing , prescribe workout and client details)

2.       Group Module ( Group listing , add member to group , prescribe workout for group  and group details)

3.       Exercise module (exercise listing , add exercise and give instruction)
